New online forum for believing spouses

I came across this new site during my daily scouring of the internet: a forum for believing Mormon spouses of inactives or non-members called Faces East. This community is just getting started, so if you fit the profile, or know someone who does, check it out.

That's cool. I used to run an email list way back in the day called Sanctify for members with non-member/inactive spouses/loved ones. (My husband was inactive for years.) I took the name from 1 Cor 7:14. It was a great listserve. Wonder what happened to all those people.

Interesting, Susan. Even though I don't really fit the profile, it seems like a community that could use a forum.

The moderator is a good woman, and the board serves an underserved niche, IMO. I think the goal is more support and encouragement than whining, which is also nice.

So far, the only posters are women. It would be good to have some guys there, and soon, for balance. Maybe you could hang out there for a while, Ned, even though you aren't exactly the target audience. Then, some other man who DOES fit the profile will not be the first guy to post!

Consider it done, Ann. I hope enough people are interested to keep the board afloat.
